The costs and inconvenience of rectifying a problem, a mistake or not being properly informed and prepared are significantly more than the fees of obtaining timely, experienced, independent and professional advice.

David Priaulx will ensure that you are well informed about all aspects of your project - that it is well planned and well-managed. David is completely independent of all building service companies and charges only for his time. (He receives no commission from third parties when giving advice and recommending contractors). This service will save you time and money and take the risk out of building projects.

Every client has a different approach to what they require from a Project Manager. As a result Dave can offer you a number of different options that may be suitable, but in every case he will tailor his service to meet your exact requirements.

Full Project Management

On site regularly throughout the duration of your project. Work will include:
